1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of products offered by GABRIEL MOTORCYCLES through our website gabrielmotorcycles.com or any other sales channels. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Products We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications provided on our website or Social media are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that the products will always exactly match the descriptions due to variations in manufacturing or display settings.
3. Pricing and Payment
● All prices for products are listed in INR.
● Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
● Payments are accepted via Google Pay, PhonePe, Online transfers, Cash, PayPal.
● Any applicable taxes or fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
● We ship products all across the world using India Post or DTDC.
● Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
● Approx Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. We will inform you during the shipping process if any changes in the charges.
● We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, shipping disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
● If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 3 days of receipt for an exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging or the product is defective or we made an error.
● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
6. Warranty
● Our products are covered by a 1year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
● The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
● In the event of a defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Intellectual Property All content related to our products, including designs, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Gabriel Motorcycles and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our written consent.
